Colin Russell

Colin is passionate about developing leaders who are less interested in proving themselves and more interested in deeper learning and in changing the organisation or team that they serve. Colin values authenticity which he takes into his relationships with clients and which he challenges groups to openly explore.

Colin brings a gentle mastery to his training, group facilitation and one-to-one coaching. In particular he has a knack and passion for helping the less confident amongst us really grow.

Following a varied career in BT, Colin now manages his time between Bridge (an organisational consultancy), Coach in a Box and Mango.
