Working with Mango has shown me how well children and adults can work together successfully - as equals - and in so doing communicate more effectively in an open, honest and safe way.

The Mango idea of communities provides an effective framework for all those involved regardless of age, to enhance the self worth and value the contribution of each individual .

As a result of working with Mango we have reviewed the way in which we work with children with challenging behaviour in order to allow them to develop and move towards achieving their full potential.

Mango have also shown me the importance of looking after myself in order to contribute most effectively to the group.
