Geoff  O'Donoghue

Geoff is an organisational development and change consultant with 20 years of international and UK-based experience. He specialises in the growth of teams and organisations through the cultivation of systemic thinking, experiential learning, emotional intelligence and a proactive capacity for dealing with change.

Particular skill areas include
Strategic planning, change leadership; participatory partnerships; The Learning Organisation; effective communication; large group facilitation and working with conflict.
