Residential Events
Mango creates transformational experiences for groups of adults and young people. We form communities with clear learning agendas, which challenge young people to participate in decision making and to take responsibility for themselves and each other. Fun and adventure are integral to these events. We work with schools, local authorities, youth services and independent groups, including home-educated children.

Bespoke Courses & Workshops
We offer experiential learning programmes for young people and youth workers (together or separately). Recent projects have focused on:

• Engaging young people who are at risk of disengaging from education,
• Transitioning to adulthood,
• Personal mastery and leading others for youth workers and young mentors.

Developing the Developers
We provide coaching support to groups of young mentors and to managers in schools and youth services. Coaching tends to focus on leadership values, qualities and skills, project management, creating and implementing meaningful personal development plans and appraisal systems.

Partnerships with Business Management
We broker and facilitate innovative partnerships between schools or youth development projects and businesses. These cross-sector alliances provide mutual learning and inspiration for leaders and learners at all levels of the organisations involved.
