Juliette Baigler
Juliette is an insightful coach, a creative facilitator and a learning consultant. She supports change and growth in individuals from childhood to retirement, groups and organisations in the public, commercial and voluntary/community sectors.
Juliette’s current and recent projects include:
- designing and leading residential learning events for diverse groups (young people, multi-disciplinary adult teams and business delegates);
- creating community engagement and capacity building programmes for NGOs and cross-sector partnerships;
- designing and delivering experiential workshops for groups in transition and facilitating WorkOut™ -based events;
- coaching school and business leaders and supporting teams out of destructive conflicts.
Particular skill areas include
Small and large group facilitation; personal and professional development coaching with a particular focus on the leadership of self and others; emotional literacy; partnership development and participatory methodologies. Juliette has an MSc (Merit) in Change Agent Skills and Strategies from Surrey University.
